Sewer Medic is a BLU Medic TF2 Monster created by YouTube user gb7zone7.
He served as the main antagonist of the Night of the Sewer Medic series.
Appearance
Sewer Medic is a Medic with an enlarged head. There are at least two of them, one RED and one BLU, with the BLU one considered the most prominent between them.
Personality and Behavior
Sewer Medic is an ill-tempered TF2 Monster who makes his lair in filthy sewers, and usually either swims in the water or stands on all fours. He seems to claim the sewers of most maps as his domain, but is most typically seen on 2Fort.
He is extremely territorial, and is most unkind to anyone who trespasses on his sewer. He often gives a warning to the people who happen to be in his territory, and if these orders are not followed, he will attack them mercilessly until they either flee or are dead.
The exact relationship between the RED and BLU Sewer Medics is not known; as they each claim their respective team's base's sewers as their lairs, it seems they do not normally interact anyway.
Powers and Abilities
Sewer Medic's most notable trait is his semi-aquatic nature, being able to breathe underwater and swim quickly through his sewers. Using his knowledge of his lair, he is known to crawl through walls or use nearby props in order to get the upper hand on intruders, displaying an agility beyond that of a common Medic.
His most powerful attack is unleashing a fiendishly loud scream which can destroy nearly anything in its range, but especially the skulls of the victims. Alternatively, he can instead suck nearby objects into his mouth.
Faults and Weaknesses
Despite his dangerous disposition, Sewer Medic possesses some disadvantages that can be exploited:
- Sewer Medic can be avoided by simply not approaching his lair. So long as one does not intrude into his sewer, he will not bother them.
- Since he has never been seen outside of his sewer, this could mean he becomes weaker when not in it. It might be because of an intolerance to light or the necessity to stay near a body of water.
- His physical prowess is average by TF2 Freak terms, meaning he can be overpowered by more physically imposing Monsters in a melee fight.

- Sewer Medic was the very first Medic TF2 Monster created.
- Sewer Medic's first appearance depicted him as RED, while his second depicted him as BLU. As community videos were made about the character, this was interpreted as there being two separate Sewer Medics, one for each team.
