The Paintraingineers are Pain-Train-headed Engineer TF2 Freaks created by YouTube user OluapPlayer. There are currently two Paintraingineers in existence, each being different in appearance and personality from each other.

RED Paintraingineer is the original and most known of the Paintraingineers.
Appearance
RED Paintraingineer appears as a RED Engineer with a Pain Train for a head. He wears a Texas Ten Gallon.
Behaviour and Personality
This particular Paintraingineer is the leader of an alternate dimension known as "Dimensioneer", where all living things are Engineers with their heads swapped with something else. He has a heroic demeanor and tends to quickly dispatch of any troublemakers, which has led him to become the arguable leader of Oluapland.
Powers and Abilities
RED Paintraingineer has access to the full Engineer loadout, including buildings, though he prefers to fight off enemies in melee. He can survive any kind of decapitation, being capable of using other inanimate objects as a replacement head until he find his Pain Train again.
RED Paintraingineer's main weapon of choice is a Golden Wrench which is capable of turning targets into Australium statues in one hit. He can throw it to deal with targets from far away with precise aim. He is very capable in terms of hand-to-hand fighting, as he can deliver hard-hitting blows with his impressive strength.
Faults and Weaknesses
While not to be underestimated, RED Paintraingineer can be defeated by a skilled opponent and has certain weaknesses.
- While he will not die if decapitated, RED Paintraingineer will become blind until he finds a replacement head.
- The Pain Train's nature makes RED vulnerable to bullets.

BLU Paintraingineer is the second Paintraingineer known, most notable for being one of BLU Gentlemanly Demo's underlings.
Appearance
BLU Paintraingineer appears as a BLU Engineer with a Pain Train for a head. He wears an Engineer's Cap.
Behaviour and Personality
BLU Paintraingineer is a cocky individual with an inflated sense of ego, possibly due to his association with his much more successful RED cousin. He is extremely naive and believes he can win fights with enemies much stronger or larger than him, which often end with him being soundly defeated. Unlike his heroic counterpart, the BLU Paintraingineer gleefully partakes in criminal activity under BLU Gentlemanly Demo's orders.
Powers and Abilities
BLU Paintraingineer has access to the full Engineer loadout, including buildings. His fighting style appears to mostly be about hiding behind a Sentry Gun while menacing his foes with a Pistol. He can survive decapitation, being capable of using other inanimate objects as a replacement head until he find his Pain Train again.
Despite all this, he is an extremely weak combatant, with poor physical strength, inexistent combat skill and virtually no endurance.
Faults and Weaknesses
Unlike his RED counterpart, BLU Paintraingeer has no fighting skills to speak of, being mostly a comic relief character.

- Due to their similar appearances, Paintraingineers are presumably related to Caberneers, though to what extent is unknown.
- RED Paintraingineer is said to be the inventor of the Bluster Blaster Sentry. Meanwhile, BLU Paintraingineer was the original designer of BLU Pyrogun.
- A third Paintraingineer acted as the creator's TF2sona, depicted as a RED Paintraingineer wearing a Wiki Cap. He served as a main character in the short-lived tennis Intelligent Heavy Goes to Oluapland.
