Flyper is a RED Sniper TF2 Monster created by retired YouTube user Scoutellite (also known as Dutvutan).
His theme is Die with Style by Syrsa.
Appearance
Flyper is a RED Sniper with a heavily distorted face.
Personality and Behaviour
Flyper's feet have built-in thrusters that allow him to fly like a jet plane. Indifferent towards most things, he spends most of his time flying, spouting pure nonsense (mostly the word "penis"), finding people to try his aim, or crashing into planes.
Flyper, similarly to Scombine, has got a built-in arsenal consisting on a Sniper Rifle and dual SMGs. He uses them to eliminate shameless targets, or people that disturb him enough. He apparently holds a hatred against the GRN Team as he immediately jumped to eliminate them.
Powers and Abilities
Flyper is able to use his built-in arsenal to mow down single targets using the firepower his dual SMGs and his Sniper Rifle provides, at safe distance.
Using its propellers he can fly at high speeds, which lets him avoid attacks and maintain his distance with the enemy, or to ram at enemies with enough force to pierce a plane.
Faults and Weaknesses
It is presumed that Flyper's body is about as durable as the average Sniper, with the exception of his head. His limbs also seem to be stuck in the same position, leaving him unable to defend himself in close combat, where he cannot ram without enough space to build up his speed.
