Non-combatants

These TF2 Monsters are not designed around combat with others. They usually either have little to no means of actual combat, or normally avoid fighting. That is not to say they are completely harmless, however; some TF2 Monsters may be both powerful but also non-combative in behavior.

Not to be confused with Weaklings, who are Monsters intentionally designed with poor fighting abilities.
